Garlic Roti



Yum



It can also be called garlic paratha...
 
 


Ingre:

wheat flour 2 cups
salt to taste
oil for roti
garlic paste 2 tsp
butter 2 tbsp

Method:

Knead the dough as usual for ur regular chapathi.
Smear with little oil and leave it aside for an hour.

Melt the butter with the garlic paste.

Roll out the roti roughly, now spread the garlic butter ( if ur a garlic lover then you can even add chopped garlic instead of garlic paste) on the roti and fold it into half. (see below picture)



Now roll the halved roti like in the below picture.

 
 
Roll it again like the picture below.
 
 
 
Now again roll it... :D Like below
 
 


Again roll into a regular roti roll like below

 

 
Roll out this and make a regular roti...
 


Ur garlic roti/paratha is ready to serve...
