Microwave Chocolate Cake

Yummy choco cake within minutes...



Ingre:

cocoa powder 1 tbsp
all purpose flour 3 tbsp
sugar 3 tbsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
salt 1/8 tsp

olive oil 2 tbsp (any veg oil will do)
vannila extract 1 tsp

milk 5 - 6 tbsp (to get the dropping batter consistancy)

Method:

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.



Add the wet ingredients one by one. Have the milk for last.

Add milk 1 tbsp at a time and keep mixing till you get the below consistancy.



Grease a small bowl or even a coffee cup will do.

Transfer the batter to the greased bowl or cup and microwave high for 1 min.



Remove and let it cool for 5 mins and invert it to the serving plate.



Serve chilled for best taste.

Serve topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce or frozen fruits.
