Fish Fry


Very Easy n Delicious Fish Fry...

any fish of ur choice 6 large slices

For Marination:

chilli powder 2 tbsp
corriander powder 2 tbsp
garam masala 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
thick yourgut 4 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
salt to taste


Mix all the marination ingre togather to a smooth paste.

Dip all fish slices in the marination and let it marinate at least for 3 hours.

In a frying pan drizzle some oil and lay the marinated fish slices and fry on both the sides till the fish is cooked and becomes crisp on the top.

Serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
