Leftover Rice Chips

Very crispy sidedish...

leftover rice 1 1/2 cup

dry chilli 12 - 14 (depending on the amount of spiciness u want)

pepper corn 1 1/2 tbsp.

jeera 1 1/2 tbsp

salt to taste
Dry roast the chili and peppercorn.
Grind the roasted chili and pepper corn in to a coarse mixture.
Smash the rice nicely with the hands.

Add the salt, jeera and the ground mixture to it and mix well.
Make the mixture into small balls or into flat round shapes. ( I made flat ones, this will dry soon)
Dry these in the sun for at least 2 days or till completely dried. (For Doha sun mine dried within a day)
Once it is dried completely, store them in an airtight container.

Deep fry in hot oil when needed and serve with main course or as a snack.
