Potato Soup


A Soup That Keeps Hunger At Bay...


Boiled potatoes 2 large
milk 1 cup or more as needed to reach the consistancy
garlic cloves 4
onion 1 large
spring onions 3 to 4
salt n pepper to taste


Boil the potatoes in preassure cooker till its easily mashable.
Chop the onions and garlic into thin slices.

Mash the potatoes after peeling the skin and add milk as needed to reach the thick soupy consistancy.

Add butter in a pan and let it melt.

Saute the sliced onions n garlic till slightly browned.

Add the mashed potato n milk mixture to the onion and let it boil for few mins.

Add the chopped spring onions to the soup and let it cook in the heat for a minute.

Add salt n pepper before serving.

Serve hot with toasted bread or soup stick...
