Easy Version Of Pizza...
Ingredients
bread slices few
finely chopped veggies of ur choice ( I used onion, tomato n capsicum)
tomato sauce 1/2 cup
salt to taste
shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Method:
Chop all the veggies very finely and mix salt and keep aside, u can even use sausage or cooked n minced meat of ur choice.
Spread the chopped veggies on top of the bread and spread little of sauce on the top of veggies ( u can use the sauce of ur choice and u can even sprinkle some herbs like oregano on the top before adding cheese)
Top this with the shredded cheese.
Cook this in the preheated oven or even in the stove top. ( I used my airfryer to do this job)
Once the cheese melts and the bread is crisp u can serve it hot with tomato sauce.
