Manchurian... Yet another favorite munchy, hope u all will enjoy this one without any guilt as this one is a baked one and no more frying and oily stuff...more over this is almost every kids(even grown up kids) favorite.
Ingredients:
1 whole cauliflower
Olive oil
Salt n Pepper
1 Onion, finely chopped
3/4th cup homemade tomato sauce or ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 - 3 tsp sugar
4 - 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
Method
Preheat the oven to 200 C/ 400 F.
Core, trim and break the cauliflower into even size florets.
Toss the florets with 2 tbsp. olive oil, salt n pepper.
Arrange them in single layer in a baking sheet and roast them for 30 mins turning twice.
Fry onions and garlic in little oil till they are soft.
Add the ketchup, let it come to light boil.
Now add the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and little salt.
Mix wel and let it to boil.
After it starts boil, keep scraping the sides of the pan.
Add chilli powder and cook it till the raw smell of chilli powder goes.
Switch off the heat and check on the roasting cauliflower.
Once done add the roasted cauliflower to the sauce pan and mix well.
Serve hot...
