Almond & Coconut Stuffed Parata

Ingredients

Roti

Wheat flour 2 cups
Salt to taste
Warm water to make soft dough

Filling

5 - 10 almonds coarsely ground
Coconut grated 1/2 cup
Sugar or jaggery to taste
Elachi powder 1/2 tsp

Method

Make a soft roti dough with the roti ingredients.
Mix all the filling ingredients together.
Take a small size dough and make it flat to keep the stuffing.
Now seal the dough by covering the stuffing.
Roll it into roti's and cook in hot tava by smearing oil or butter as ur wish.
