Ingredients
Wheat flour 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Fresh Coconut grated 2-3 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Jaggery 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Salt a pinch
Method
Mix all dry ingredients together and keep aside.
Mix the water and jaggery nd heat it till melted fully.
Strain the jaggery water to the dry ingredients bowl and add enough water to make the batter.
Heat a nonstick pan and spoon a ladle full batter to it.
Once done, flip it to the other side.
Serve hot.
