Dates Almond Milkshake


Have you ever been lazy to cook breakfast(like me...lol)? After a late night's sleep and early wake up... sure we all have some days like that and at that times dont we feel that is there something easy to put up together, so i can have something healthy...

Here it is "dates almond milkshake" a glass of goodness!!! Easy to make and healthy and tasty to drink, can be consumed any time of the day. Kids just love the taste and its good that there's no sugar in it...

Lets get to the recipe...



Ingredients:

Dates 5 Pitted
Almonds 10
Milk 1 Glass

Method

Soak the almonds in hot water for 15 mins.

If your dates are not soft enough to get blended directly in your blender then you have to add them to hot water with the almonds, to speed up the process you can microwave the almonds and dates till soft.

add everything to the blender and run it in high speed for 2 mins or till everything is completely blended well.

Pour it in a tall glass and drink up... Enjoy.
