Sesame Idli Podi

Flavourful Sidedish...


Ingredients

Sesame seeds 100 gms
roasted channa dal 100 gms
urad dal 100 gms
jeera 2 tbsp heaped
daniya 2 tbsp heaped
hing 1 tbsp
dry chillies 20
salt to taste



Method

Dry roast everything seperatly.





















Grind everything togather except sesame seeds and salt in a blender.





Grind (use the pulse in ur blender) the roasted sesame.

 
Mix al the powdered mixtures in the blender with salt and give it a pulse.


Transfer the powder to a airtight container and let it cool completly before closing the lid.


Serve it mixed with oil and hot steamed Idly or hot steamed rice and ghee.
