Avocado Chocolate Mousse

We often crave for chocolaty things but resist ourselves just because we are calorie and health cautious... 
Am i right?

Here this mousse is so chocolaty and creamy. Moreover the best part is that you can indulge in this creamy heaven without a bit of guilt 😉

Yes they are completely guilt free 😂. I can even call them healthy. 

INGREDIENTS 

2 ripe avocados 
**1/4 cup cocoa powder (see note) 
**1/4 cup melted chocolate chips, optional (see note) 
**3 tbsp milk (see note) 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
sweetener of choice to taste (I used monk fruit sweetner)

METHOD

Remove the pit and scoop out the avocado. 
Add all the ingredients into a food processor. 
Add the milk if only needed. 
Blend it till nice and smooth and creamy. 
Serve chilled topped with some chocolate shavings as garnish. 

NOTE:

*If using liquid sweetner like maple syrup or agave dont use milk as it will make the mousse liquidy. 

*Try to use the best quality cocoa as thats the main ingredient that gives the chocolaty feel. 

*You can use any choice of milk and sweetner. Try not to use coconut milk as it will give the mousse a coconuty flavour.

*If using chocolate chips, make sure they are completely melted or it will become grainy in the blender.
