Protein Rich Sweet Potato Pancakes


INGREDIENTS

1 cup grated sweet potato
1/2 cup roasted gram flour
1 chilli chopped finely
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
Ghee or oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water to make a semi thick batter

Mix everything in a bowl to make a semi thick batter.

Heat a pan in medium heat and smear some oil or ghee, once its hot enough add a heaped tablespoon of the sweet potato mixture and flatten it with the spoon.


Sprinkle some oil or ghee around the edges. Let it cook until its golden brown.

Flip to the other side and do the same. Cook until bothe the sides are golden in color.

Serve hot. 

NOTE:

*Add grated carrots if you wish. 
*Cheese can be added to make it more better. 
*Adjust the spices accordingly.
