Feta Cheese Pasta

This recipe is all over the Internet but i have done it a bit different. They say that Finland supermarkets ran out of feta Cheese due to this recipe.
I am not sure about that but am pretty sure that this is the easiest pasta recipe that you will come across. All you do is arrange the ingredients and bake. 

Its a super simple recipe that can be done in an hurry and still taste amazing with all the creaminess of feta cheese and the sweetness of the cherry tomatoes.
INGREDIENTS 

1 block feta cheese
250gms cherry tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
5 large basil leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Pasta of your choice
1 cup pasta boiled water


METHOD 

* Place the tomatoes, garlic cloves and feta cheese in a wide baking tray.
* Sprinkle the chilli powder and turmeric powder on top of the cheese block.
* Pour the olive oil on the baking dish and mix by rubbing the spices all over the cheese and tomatoes.
* Bake for 35 - 40 mins in a preheated oven @ 200 C. 
* Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the package instructions. 
* While draining the pasta reserve a cup of the water for later use.
* Once the cheese and tomatoes are done baking take the tray out and using a spoon, roughly smash the cheese block and the garlic clovesand mix well.
* Add in the cooked pasta and give it a mix. 
* Add extra basil for more flavour. Pour enough of the reserved pasta water to acheive a creamy texture.
* Serve hot.
