Mutton Dalcha

Dalcha or mutton sambar is a delicacy of hyderabad. Normally this dish is paired with some aromatic biryani or ghee rice.

This dish is a different combo of spices which aren't normally used in sambar and at the same time dal isn't an ususal ingredient we use with mutton.

But trust me and give this dish a try. It has the goodness of sambar and a good mutton curry.

Dalcha with some piping hot biryani are the pair made in heaven 😂.
