Millets ❤️ they are the tiny little grains that has so much goodness in them. As i always say nowadays most of us see the rice as an enemy and tend to opt for the alternative energy source.
This is a simple upma where i have replaced the sooji with millet. My love for millets started a few years ago and i try and include them atleast once a week into our food routine.
I love the white sooji upma a lot and i wanted to give the millet a chance to shine in the place of sooji. To my surprise the millets tasted similar to the sooji upma.
