Armenian Taan | Summer Cooling Drink


INGREDIENTS

½ cup yogurt
5-8 mint leaves
2 inch cucumber
Salt to taste 
Water as required

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend it until the mint leaves and cucumber are finely blended.

Check for the salt and adjust.

You can add some ginger and chilli if you wish even though its not the traditional way of making taan.

Let it cool completely before serving.
