Simple Blender Waffles

This is the waffle recipe to make if you wake up in the morning and need a super easy, quick, and dependable waffle recipe. This recipe makes delicious, fluffy waffles that are slightly crispy on the outside but still soft and absorbs the syrup like a sponge on the inside. These are an instant classic.
I love blender waffles because you just add the ingredients to a blender, let it do its thing, and pour the batter in the waffle iron. Then you only have your blender to clean afterward too.

Add some fresh fruit, a little butter, and drizzle on the maple syrup and you have an lovely breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup all purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
½ tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¾ - 1 cup milk + extra to adjust consistency
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp ghee/butter or oil

METHOD

In a blender add all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients and blend it until everything is combined and a smooth batter is formed.

The batter is supposed to be pourable but thick consistency so after blending if you find it thick add extra milk to get the right consistency.

Meanwhile preheat the waffle maker on a medium heat and smear some oil or butter to the grids.

Once it is preheated pour enough batter to cover the whole waffle grid, cover and cook until the waffle is golden brown in color.

Remove and let it cool a bit before serving.

This waffle can be served as a breakfast with some fruits and syrup of your choice or can be served as a dessert with some sweet topping like melted chocolate.

Enjoy!!!
